Biographical Information:
Glenn Prives is an associate on the Business Law Team and Healthcare Team. He practices general corporate law, including formation and structure of business entities, negotiating and drafting contracts, stock and asset acquisitions and general corporate counseling, with a particular emphasis on the needs of healthcare entities and professionals. Mr. Prives also advises on joint ventures, shareholder and employment agreements and licensure compliance. His practice involves analysis of federal and state statutes and regulations, including Board of Medical Examiners regulations, licensing standards, JCAHO standards, HIPAA, fraud and abuse laws, anti-kickback laws and self-referral laws.
While attending Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Prives interned with the Honorable Esther Salas, U.S.M.J., United States District Court, District of New Jersey and was a member of the Transactional Law and Community Development Practicum.
Mr. Prives is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Health Lawyers’ Association, and the Middlesex County Bar Association.
