Biographical Information:
Elizabeth Dell is an associate with the law firm of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer P.A. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Elder Law, which includes advising clients regarding Medicaid and other government programs which may pay the costs of nursing home care. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Monmouth County Bar Association, the Middlesex County Bar Association and the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Central New Jersey. Ms. Dell has been a speaker on a range of Estate Planning and Elder Law topics. She is admitted to practice in New York as well as in New Jersey.
