Biographical Information:

Lawrence C. Weiner is a shareholder on the firm’s Commercial Litigation Team.  He is experienced in a wide array of commercial and corporate litigation matters, including real estate brokerage disputes, complex breach of contract claims, shareholder/partnership disputes, warehouseman’s lien rights, fraud claims, securities arbitrations, condominium law (www.no-condo.com) and creditors' rights.  Over the years, Mr. Weiner has represented several prominent real estate brokerage firms in commission and other related disputes.  He is also experienced in representing investors and investment professionals in arbitrations before FINRA (f/k/a NASD).  In addition, Mr. Weiner also has experience representing asset based lenders, asserting their rights as creditors in related litigation.  He has litigated in State Courts and Federal Courts in New Jersey, New York and across the country.  From 2006 through 2009, Mr. Weiner was selected for inclusion in New Jersey Super Lawyers®–Rising Stars Edition, as published in New Jersey Monthly.  In 2009, Mr. Weiner was selected for inclusion as one of the New Jersey Law Journal's "40 under 40."

Mr. Weiner has served as an on-air legal commentator for MSNBC.

Mr. Weiner has lectured on real estate brokerage and related topics.

Mr. Weiner is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Middlesex County Bar Association, Chancery Section, Garden State Credit Association and Risk Management Association.
