  In Memory of Matthias D. Dileo, Esq.

Matthias D. Dileo, of counsel at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer in Woodbridge and president of the New Jersey State Bar Association in 1991-92, died suddenly Thursday night. He was 81 and formerly was managing partner of the Wilentz firm. He was hailed by Chief Justice Stuart J. Rabner, who said, "He leaves behind a legacy that will endure and inspire us for years to come."
